1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing altawstrading.com or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your emirate.

3. Products & Orders

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where product information or pricing is inaccurate.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in AED exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via approved UAE payment gateways.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the specified address within the UAE, subject to Incoterms® 2020 where agreed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days in accordance with Cabinet Decision No. 16 of 2023 (Consumer Protection Regulations). Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Altawsa or its licensors and is protected under UAE Copyright Law No. 38 of 2021.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Altawsa shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Altawsa harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts.
